There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged/defective product or a product that is not the same as your original order. Or in a rare circumstance, the product that you ordered may not be shipped. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
In such circumstances, we would request you to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detail of the product that is short, or an image of a product that is defective/damaged.
The condition for replacement is that we are notified within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery. And, in some instances we may request for the damaged/defective products to be returned to us before replacement.
We endeavour to ship out the products as soon as the Orders are placed. As such, it will not be possible to Cancel an Order under any circumstance, once the Order is Confirmed and the payment is "Complete" or the transaction is "Successful".
