Monali Mohanty
Monali hails from Odisha, and currently resides in Mumbai. She has a background in Science and Management, but Art she says, is her true calling. After finishing her residency, she quit her job to make time for her daughter and pursue her passion for art full-time. She now specializes in hand painting intricate designs on items such as nameplates, trays, and coasters, and runs a successful business ~ RANG.
“I am a self-taught artist”, she says. “I love to explore various kinds of art forms. Mostly enjoy doing folk art forms. At RANG, we deal in hand-painted, customized, home & office décor and utility products. We also upcycle old furniture, revamping them as per the clients’ requirements. Corporate Gifting and Workshops are our forte as well”.
