We take great efforts when we pack your Products, to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
However, there could be certain circumstances beyond our control, where you could receive a damaged or defective product. In this case, we will issue a Credit Note, which will be redeemed in future purchases.
Or, in a rare circumstance, the product that you ordered may not be shipped. In the event of an error in terms of sending something that was not ordered, or in the event of a short supply, we will replace the product/s which were not shipped, at no extra cost. We could also issue a Credit Note if that would be preferred. And we would arrange the pick up of the incorrect products sent to you, at our own cost.
In all of the above circumstances, we would request you to please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product that is short, different, or an image of a product that is defective/damaged.
The condition for the issuance of a Credit Note or a Replacement, is that we are notified within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery. And, in some instances we may request for the damaged/defective products to be returned to us before we issue the Credit Note.
We endeavour to ship out the products as soon as the Orders are placed. As such, it will not be possible to Cancel an Order under any circumstance, once the Order is Confirmed and the payment is "Complete" or the transaction is "Successful".
